WOCU Re-Weighting, May, 2023
The first Re-Weighting of 2023 was conducted at 16:00 UTC on May 18.
The total GDP of the WOCU 20 is up again to USD 80.720 Trillion from USD 78.345 Trillion last November.
There are multiple ranking changes with India (now #5) finally pushing above the UK (now #6), Russia doing just fine despite Ukraine, and the Islamic Republic dropping back out after its recent inclusion. The US has also recovered strongly going above 30% again, with #2, China, broadly flat.
